• Issue warning’s & chargeback’s to vendors/accounting due to vendors not being in compliance to our Shipping & Packaging requirements.
• Work with our 3rd party audit company to schedule and perform factory audits for our suppliers overseas.
• Create and update our Merchandising Break Even.
• Create and update our Domestic Vendor Compliance documents and manuals.
• Work with our Factory Direct Buyer and new drop ship vendors on test orders to ensure they can pass our shipping and packaging requirements before they go live.
• As a side project, I created all of our Warehouse standard operating procedures. This includes the Returns, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Receiving, Kitting, Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Departments. These.
