Established a New Zealand based Collateral Management operations team to work within global team but have capability to perform all Collateral Management functions if required in a post separation scenario. Functions stood up included Futures Clearing, Settlements, Reconciliations, OTC Swaps Clearing, Variation Margin, Counterparty Agreements, Regulatory Reporting and documentation of procedures.• Market Reference Data ManagementEstablished a Market Reference Data operations team to work within global team but have capability to perform all Market Reference Data Management functions if required in a post separation scenario. Functions stood up included end-to-end functions of Market Reference Data Management, daily market rates validation from external sources (Bloomberg, Reuters, third party vendors), daily rates exception identification, escalation, conformation and resolution, new curve implementation, documentation of procedures necessary for a post separation scenario.
