Oversee all operations conducted on and off of the Residential Treatment Center. Ranger Instructor responsible for the health, welfare, morale, and training of a 12 to 17 man Ranger training squad during the first 20 days of Ranger School; responsible for training, counseling, and evaluating his squad in Physical Training, Hand-To-Hand Combat, Land Navigation, Airborne Operations, and Small Unit Combat Operations; responsible for developing his squad's skill, confidence, and determination to lead small units in combat; responsible for training, supervising, and the professional development of four Ranger Instructors; responsible for $250,000 worth of organizational equipment.• Led the unit as one of five Tactical Administrative Controllers; supervised all training events, instructors, and students over a 24 hour period during 50 field training exercises.• Planned, coordinated and conducted high risk company airborne operations every month; did so without negative incidents.• Accounted for and managed the training records of over 300 Ranger School students and 30 Ranger Instructors

Responsible for the maintenance and accountability of all platoon assigned weapons, night observation devices, and communications equipment valued in excess of $3 million; counsels, disciplines, and develops Soldiers into competent leaders.• Based on performance and competence, was selected by the Battalion Command Sergeant Major to serve as the platoon sergeant over 15 of his peers.• Conducted 25 platoon-level combat missions as the platoon sergeant, a position above my pay grade rank; resulted in the successful reporting of Priority Intelligence Requirements to United States Division South, Iraq.• Maintained 100% accountability of all platoon equipment worth over $3 million during combat operations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom 2010-2012
