Reporting to the GM Brand & E-commerce, I was responsible for the development and execution of strategies across paid, owned and earned media. Led a team of three and managed multiple external partners with a focus on driving trade, performance and brand across various channels including paid search, paid social, affiliate, display, video, SEO, email, SMS and PR.Owned the development and allocation of marketing budgets and provided forecasts in line with sales targets.Highlights included playing a part in a team that continued to deliver record-breaking traffic and revenue outcomes.

• Coordinate the support of go-to-market promotional calendar across performance channel mix: paid search, paid social, affiliates, retargeting, display and comparison shopping engines for both APAC & US markets• Manage the allocation, reporting and optimisation of performance channel budgets to exceed monthly ROI and revenue targets• Present accurate and timely reports; identifying opportunities in alignment with key strategic objectives to drive incremental revenue• Brief in-house and external designers on specific campaign creative requirements• Develop positive working relationships with external technology partners and agencies, ensuring campaigns are effectively tracked, reported and optimised to achieve business objectives
