Currently serving as an Operational Planning Team (OPT) Lead in support of ongoing crisis action operations planning. Served as the Focal Point Operations Center (FPOC) Operations Chief (Ops Chief) for the night shift during a national-level crisis action operation, ensuring that FPOC communications were operational and that task left over from day watch were completed. Entered log updates for incoming and outgoing message traffic. Served as Operations Chief, coordinating VTC schedules, acting Working Group Administration for all the systems in the FPOC, ensuring 24-hour communication with other Combatant Commands, subordinate commands, and the Joint Staff. Assisted with the renovations of the FPOC War Room which will consist of new computers, state of the art VTC capabilities and also new programs which will enhance counterterrorism capabilities for the USAFRICOM.Served as the OPT Deputy Lead Planner on night shift for Exercise EPIC GUARDIAN-12, which consisted of maintaining comms, and also ensuring that the OPT contributions to the Operations & Intelligence (O&I) slide-deck were properly completed and submitted in time for the daily brief to USAFRICOM Flag and General Officers. As OPT Deputy, coordinated with OPT members during meetings with discussions on Mission Analysis and collaboration of efforts for mission success.

As Watch Officer and Shift lead of the Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR) and Special Operations Command Africa (SOCAFRICA) Joint Communications Control Center, duties include managing and working a rotational 24x7 shift schedule in support of the command. Responsible for in-depth knowledge, maintenance requirements, and system configuration of SOCEUR LANs, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN concentrators, and encryption devices in order to ensure the operational capability of the Command's IT networks.

Performed real-time DMS network fault isolation, analysis and resolution within the European and Southwest Asia areas of responsibilities at the Defense Information System Agency (DISA) Theater NetOps Center (TNC) in accordance with DISA guidelines. Utilized multitude of tools to include the MWS (Management Work Station), customized network monitoring tools, standard TCP/IP based network troubleshooting, server system logs, DMS non-delivery notice reports (NDN), DMS Certificate Management Infrastructure (CMI) tools, backbone message tracing via the ADUA.
