A graduate from the Northwestern Physical Therapy program in 2014, I have been practicing in outpatient orthopedics since. Experienced in diagnoses from the cervical spine to the foot and ankle, I particularly enjoy getting to know my patients and building a treatment plan around not only the diagnosis but also take into account their individual needs/goals as no two patients are the same. I am able to reduce tissue tension in a variety of ways including trigger point dry needling, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and dermal fascial release allowing me to have a variety of techniques that I can use depending on patient condition or tolerance to treatment. I have taken multiple classes from the Institute of Physical Art which specializes in Functional Manual Therapy. I am also trained in work-related rehabilitation and can perform Functional Capacity Evaluations as well as create job-specific Work Hardening/Conditioning programs. Finally, I have taken additional continuing education for the treatment of patients with vestibular conditions.
