MO3) Crew Lead - Produces paperwork for blending batches of cement. This paperwork includes shipping papers, Bills of Lading, Trucks Sheets (describing contents and volume of product on trucks), and Call to work Sheets. Crew Lead is responsible for crews safety and to make sure Halliburtons' safety guidelines are followed. Crew lead is responsible for checking and responding to emails frequently and answering calls and participating in conference calls. Crew Lead uses a recipe book to calculate cement slurries and places information into Microsoft Excel to produce blend sheets.

MO1) Floorhand - Weigh small and bulk amounts of dry chemicals to place into hopper. Operate Forklift. Operate Tractors and Trailers; including PTO and pony motors located on tractor trailer. Perform general maintenance on plant such as replacing flanges, valves. solenoids. Also keep up with daily plant maintenance logs. Rig up and Rig down tractor trailers.MO2) Board Operator - Operate pneumatic system that controls plant. This involves learning a toggle switch board that turns valves, powers on and off compressors, and weighs the blending tanks. Assist Crew Lead with double checking and confirming paperwork. Also responsible for Accublend program that confirms product placed into blends of cement. Responsible for blending, batching, and loading cement pulled from floor and silos.
