These projects include a 7,000-acre mixed-use master plan, a 1,100-acre traditional neighborhood (Baxter Village), large corporate Class A office parks, civic and commercial projects, resort developments, golf courses and other amenities and master planned communities. Coordinated the recruitment of planners, architects, engineers, surveyors and environmental consultants. Also was responsible for leading the research of architectural and planning precedents and sustainability guidelines for each project. Led construction management and oversight efforts on residential, commercial, infrastructure, landscaping and park/civic projects. Acted as liaison between senor leadership in the company, project owners and consultants.
