Our rapid-development engineering team is constantly adding sensors to our existing line of vibration, temperature and ultrasonic sensors.In terms of the biggest differentiation, our customers are very quick to reference that Waites is changing the way maintenance is being performed. The idea of leveraging our 24/7 monitoring organization to collect, analyze, humanize (our analysts monitor and predict times of failure) and repair (work with customer’s on-site personnel real time until issue is resolved) is compressing the maintenance cycle to real time with full transparency. It truly promotes a more lean organization and in most cases an immediate Return On Investment .

While serving as the Supply Chain Management Officer, I had the distinct privilege of ensuring that some of our nation’s most elite warriors were resourced to perform the tasks set before them. During my time, I stewarded an annual budget of over $9M which directly supported operations and maintenance for the Battalion and was responsible for the implementation of creative rapid acquisition processes to procure a broad spectrum of non-program of record equipment that empowered the warfighter with increased command and control ability, communication effectiveness and mobility within a growing and dynamic battlespace. In addition to handling procurement and acquisitions, I was charged with the accountability and materiel readiness of command and control, communications, computers, cyber, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C5ISR) equipment, weaponry, mechanized ground and maritime equipment, and facilities valued over $250M, while maintaining 100% physical and administrative accountability. Although carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the Supply Officer was rewarding, the most fulfilling aspect of my position was the opportunity to lead, train and mentor a team of highly diverse and goal-oriented individuals who produced a culture that strived to gain, maintain, and exceed the highest standards of Supply Chain Management readiness.
