I provided the executive leadership and strategic direction for evolve24, a Big Data Analytics Company, specializing in transforming social and unstructured data into audience understanding and analytical models to provide actionable market intelligence and inform decision making. My responsibilities included day to day management of the strategic direction, business development, sales, marketing, solution design, product development, client services and account management, data sciences and analytics, research, analytical services, infrastructure, finance and all other operations of the company. I was responsible for the P&L and accountable for achieving revenue, gross profit, and contribution margin targets.Under my leadership, I led evolve24 to profitability with strong top line and margin growth, and evolve24 grew into an award winning Big Data Research and Consulting firm. evolve24 was recognized in 2014 as one of the 20 Most Powerful Big Data Solution Providers for its ongoing commitment to solving complex business challenges with data-driven systems and in 2013 as one of the Top 20 Most Promising Data Analytics Consulting Companies.

I was responsible for establishing the technical vision for Maritz Innovation & Growth and leading all aspects of technology development, including day to day operations, according to overall strategic direction and growth objectives. My responsibilities including working directly with the Maritz Holdings Senior Leadership team as well as with the Presidents of Maritz Motivation, Maritz Loyalty, Maritz Research and Maritz Travel to help guide the innovation and solutions roadmaps for each of the businesses.

Led the evolve24 engineering, R&D and operations/infrastructure teams and provided the strategic direction, planning, and guidance for all evolve24 products and services. Recruited, motivated and managed a world-class technology and leadership team. Implemented agile development methodologies. Guided the development and launch of a cutting-edge big data analytics processing platform and data center incorporating leading-edge machine learning and text analysis, data management, visualization, reporting and real-time tools for analysis of unstructured text, reporting and dashboards.

Created and headed a Big Data and Analytics Solutions Division and served as an Officer of the Company. Guided the successful development and commercialization of a big data analytics solutions platform. Recruited and built the sales & marketing team, designed and launched the website and go-to-market strategies, and built the sales pipeline -- all from scratch. The success of these efforts was a major factor in the eventual $162 M acquisition of the entire company which was acquired at the highest stock price in over ten years.

Revitalized the PowerPC Microprocessor Division and built a portfolio of award-winning high-performance multi-core microprocessors, reference platforms, ecosystem partners, and clients across North America, Asia, Europe and Latin America. Expanded the business reach across the global consumer, industrial and automotive sectors by offering higher-performance products with superior features, lower power advantages, and lower pricing which was a catalyst for strong revenue and high margin growth. This strategy ignited a shift in the market towards higher levels of integration and performance which has enabled the current generation of lower cost, lower power, highly integrated consumer electronics that we all enjoy today.
