I help people surround their challenges and complete projects, improve processes to generate sustainable improvements, and build relationships based on genuine connection and professional collaboration. I enjoy that no two days aren't alike, and I thrive when working against deadlines.Operations manages the whole timeline for art consigned to Sotheby's, including exhibitions and auctions, with overlapping touch points to logistics. As coordinator I support both the Operations team and the art handling union with procurement, process improvements, centering conversations, and various ad hoc projects both recurring and singular. Having previously handled administration such as payroll and onboarding, I have become a point person and I appreciate the impact of relationship building on personal and team growth. The more processes I am adjacent to, the more I learn and contribute.Prior to Sotheby's, I spent a year volunteering in a high school in Southern California as Director of Community Service through the Augustinian Volunteers. There I facilitated service opportunities for students to meet their community service requirement and explore integrating their interests and passions into their service hours. I graduated from Villanova University where, through a degree in English and minors in Writing & Rhetoric and Environmental Studies, I learned the importance of strong communication, detailed analysis, critical examination, and continuous learning. I also interned with Philadelphia non-profit, The Joy of Sox, and studied abroad. This gave me a love for travel and new experiences which has shaped my worldview and made me a more creative and dynamic person.I also enjoy cooking, photography, camping, and experiencing anything New York City has to offer.
