ESIM Chemicals is a major European Custom Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMO) for agrochemical active ingredients and specialty chemicals, serving the largest global chemical groups.Responsibilities and Achievements• Manage new and existing custom manufacturing projects.• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.• Analyze the global agrochemicals, battery chemicals and specialty chemicals markets to understand industry needs and identify new custom manufacturing opportunities.• Oversee projects from initial customer contact through inquiry, evaluation, contract, and pricing negotiations.• Lead R&D project teams, including PhD-level process engineers, process development chemists, and analytical chemists, to consistently achieve project milestones.
