Project manager within WalMart Logistics home office team. Worked on new DC construction turnover to operations. Procured and managed new DC start-up equipment and coordinated with operations partners on start-up of new DC projects. Responsibilities included Site selection, Coordination with our construction team( construction thru turn-over to operations ) , Specification and purchase of Conveyor systems, Master CAPEX management for Logistics equipment needed to operate the facility. Managed other smaller projects ( fall protection, maintenance support, return center automation ) .

Responsible for Maintenance Operations team at a highly automated 1.2 M Sq. Ft Distribution facility. Responsibilities included initial start-up of the facility and maintenance programs to support ongoing operations. Led a team of 45 maintenance professionals in all aspects of maintenance for the facility ( 12 miles of conveyor automation, 165 Crown forklifts and all associated facilities related maintenance functions ). Responsible for Maintenance Operating budget as well as CAPEX budgeting and related project implementation.

Supervised a team of Maintenance professionals responsible for all aspect of automated facility maintenance. Was part of a team of 3 maintenance Supervisors reporting to a local maintenance Operations manager.
