Responsible for overseeing complete production. Writing a comprehensive operations plan,hiring and training, assisting in design and oversight of facilities build-out, genetics acquisitions,setting company goals, and maintaining facility compliance and cleanliness. Day-to-day functions ofthe cultivation production areas; managing all cultivation agents; ensuring that all processes, trainingrequirements, plant schedules, policies and procedures are followed, and that the cultivationproduction goals (developed in accordance with the Owner’s Business Plan and registered qualifyingpatient needs) are met; and approving batches of harvested cannabis clones for sale. After receivingpassing test results from the Department-approved laboratory for Hop Latent Viroid. Responsible forthe documentation, ordering, and receiving of all inventory and products, arranging deliveries.Employee scheduling, disciplinary action and on site human resources.
