Review, advise and negotiate master service agreements between CCSI and major clients and vendors within the telecommunications industry. Research applicable legal issues in areas of contract, land use, commercial, environment, employment, and regulatory law. Manage numerous projects for multiple clients to facilitate location and acquisition of appropriate sites for the construction and/or installation of wireless communications equipment. Manage relationships with carrier clients, project management firms, RF engineers, construction managers, landlords, utilities and municipalities to achieve positive results for all parties involved. Research and assemble site development plans including deeds, topography, flood mapping, plats, zoning procedures, site photographs, FCC and FAA regulations, title searches and more. Draft numerous and varied legal documents including letters of authorization, intent, notice and consent, lease agreements, zoning applications, and permit applications. Prepare for and Conduct public hearings before zoning, planning and city boards.  Review, amend, negotiate and execute existing and proposed lease agreements. Participate in strategy and planning meetings to help the firm lead the way in the newest technological offerings in the wireless telecommunications industry.
