StratusLIVE has developed a next-generation software product for managing a nonprofit’s core operational processes around fundraising, constituent engagement, campaign management, marketing and financial processing. The solution has been developed on the commercially available Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. The Technical Product Manager (TPM) is one of the key stakeholders and coordinators of the company’s product suite. The position requires day-to-day product management activities including defining market requirements, product requirement documents and packaging the features into product releases. The TPM works closely with key customers, product architects and development, marketing, sales, release management and support to develop and manage new product releases and upgrades to customers. The company’s current size and stage of growth requires an individual with competencies in (1) design and development using the latest Microsoft .net, Windows Azure, and Microsoft CRM technologies and (2) the business needs and requirements of the company’s target market segments.
