Report to Board of Directors | 10 Direct and 35 indirect reports including Tennis Pro, Golf Pro, Assistant Golf Pro, Bookkeeper, Dining Room Manager, Banquet Director, Maintenance Supervisor, Executive Chef, Maintenance Engineer, and Agronomist.➢ Bolstered membership engagement by completely redesigning website.▪ Current members can easily navigate through the new site and stay current on club activities. ▪ Prospective members have access to clear and concise information that relays the value ofmembership and what the club has to offer.➢Project Managed pool renovation in 2014 and complete Pavilion Restoration in 2016.▪ Vetted / hired Carolina Pool Management Team to offer professional pool staffing to membership.➢Managed clean up and renovation of golf course and pool area after microburst in 2015. Hired and moni-tored disaster relief company to clean up and later removed 250 trees to increase airflow on the golfcourse.➢Established and engaged Department Heads.▪ Utilized the S.M.A.R.T method to meet and exceed goals.▪ Encouraged and supported Golf and Tennis Department Heads to develop and offer new pro-grams, which led to the creation of a new Ladies Golf Association.➢Implemented well-received wine program that offers more upscale and affordable wines to membership. ➢Re-evaluated Club’s long standing insurance policy resulting in better coverage and an overall yearly savingsof $15K.➢Kept diverse and multi-generational membership engaged to adapt to the evolution of country clubs.
