Current• Initiated the Globalization of the Quality Management System to cover all company locations.• Led the implementation of Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) applicable rules within US operations in 2016 (Preventive Controls for Human Food) using the process as an opportunity to build cross functional knowledge between operating sites. In 2017, developed the Supply Chain Control and Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) plan as a globally appropriate system for use by all ASR Group facilities.• Implemented a Foreign Material Control Policy to standardize the metal detection requirements for all facilities throughout the organization based on best available sensitivities. • Leveraged relationships with customers and other food companies to benchmark ASR Group Corporate Quality versus others in food industry leading to a successful restructure and growth of the team
