Develops accurate, timely and data-driven force modeling, forecasting, community health, and inventory assessments to ensure compliance with Officer Programmed Authorization (OPA) and Enlisted Programmed Authorization (EPA) end strength requirements, in order to facilitate strategic-level options for senior Navy leadership.
