As Co-Head of North America Real Estate Services at Gordon Brothers. I lead the growth and expansion of the firm’s real estate services platform providing full life cycle portfolio optimization services to retail, office, commercial and industrial clients. In this role, his responsibilities included formulating and implementing the process and procedures for the lease restructuring business model that is widely considered the most sophisticated in the retail industry. Moreover, he implemented dozens of custom tailored best-in-class surplus property disposition programs that have generated over $750,000,000 in savings for clients.
