• Manage the VMWare sales strategy for the CDW Healthcare segment
• Work across multiple departments within CDW to effectively collaborate and execute on initiatives to drive sales
• Create programs and incentives that align with VMWare Key Performance Indicators to drive category sales and earn VIR (Volume Incentive Rebate) dollars
• Create customer target lists and sales playbooks that directly align with CDW Healthcare’s CCSP (Customer Central Solution Playbooks) initiatives
• Lead seller enablement strategy, as well as sales leadership engagement and alignment with VMWare counterparts
• Coordinate and host “interlocks” between CDW and VMWare field sellers to build stronger relationships and evangelize the “Why CDW for VMWare” message

• Support named healthcare accounts in Gulf Coast region spanning across TX, AR, and NM.
• Grow account base through uncovering and focusing customer needs with a sense of urgency by leveraging internal and external resources to provide solutions and develop customer relationships
• Develop and leverage partnerships with various group purchasing contracts to educate customers on supply chain, which results in a trusted relationship and higher profit margins.
• Responsible for all daily sales interactions with customers, including sales quotations, processing purchase orders, dealing with returns and lost shipments, and making informed recommendations on customer’s needs
• Keep up to date on market trends and disseminate information to customers proactively
• Act as a thought leader within the sales team, helping fellow account managers meet their personal and professional goals using personal experience
