• Support named healthcare accounts in Gulf Coast region spanning across TX, AR, and NM.• Grow account base through uncovering and focusing customer needs with a sense of urgency by leveraging internal and external resources to provide solutions and develop customer relationships• Develop and leverage partnerships with various group purchasing contracts to educate customers on supply chain, which results in a trusted relationship and higher profit margins.• Responsible for all daily sales interactions with customers, including sales quotations, processing purchase orders, dealing with returns and lost shipments, and making informed recommendations on customer’s needs• Keep up to date on market trends and disseminate information to customers proactively• Act as a thought leader within the sales team, helping fellow account managers meet their personal and professional goals using personal experience• Collaborate and strategize with internal and external field resources to drive conversation around advanced technology solutions and services with high level contacts• Coordinate and execute onsite and remote meetings for strategic partners
