The Director of Training is focused on all forward-facing content for our students and instructional experience as well as the development of scalable plans and institution of processes.  Responsible for the organizational-level vision with the intent of continuous improvement of instruction, standardization of delivery and curriculum development, onboarding and training of all instructors, and  development of instructional technologies in an effort to implement long-term strategies and goals of the organization.

Leads the Army Staff as a Department of the Army level Nuclear Targeting Analyst to ensure global nuclear targets are integrated and synchronized with all Army Service Component Command war plans. Organizes, trains, and manages the Army's only Nuclear Employment Augmentation Teams (NEAT) for worldwide deployment to support Army or Joint Force Commanders. Plans and executes NEAT certification training to include nuclear target analysis, nuclear weapons effects, and nuclear weapons consequences of execution. Course designer, developer and instructor for the Joint Theater Nuclear Operations Course (TNOC) at the Defense Nuclear Weapons School. Instructor for the Field Artillery Warrant Officer Instruction Branch.
