Completed the incorporation of a lengthy list of TDP corrective actions supporting a large maintenance trainer. Successfully developed a mechanically functional, virtual 3D Model for a new test console in support of rapid proposal development.

Research and Development Engineering support for all product lines.Successfully co-lead a multi-faceted aerial product development team, the HP100 Rear Mount Platform which included the design of a new cab, chassis, and ladder platform to include new electronic controls and advanced hydraulic systems. Completed on time and under budget, the effort resulted in improved performance in all aspects while also improving profitability. Responsible for all engineering related tasks of the ladder platform segment of the project including reverse engineering and research, structural analysis, testing, and integration. The apparatus included several innovations in structures, hydraulic systems and electronic controls, manufacturing techniques and resolutions to customer provided feedback. New research and engineering methodologies were also developed and added to the skill set of the R&D department.
