Facilitate the development and implementation of program business rhythms and processes, including the integration of the Integrated Planning and Design Management system. Conduct fiscal TPS reviews for budgeting, resource allocation, and forecasting, continually tracking integrated program reporting and variance analysis to maintain project schedules and prevent scope creep. Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and organizational structures for a subcontractor team tasked with delivering training products. Instrumental in planning, scheduling, and budgeting, actively developing, reviewing, and monitoring project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure alignment with overall program performance. Regularly track costs and align with budgets, leading and assisting in the weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of Integrated Product Reviews to provide insights into project performance. Provide and report on subcontractor performance and production, conduct ongoing risk analyses to assess project performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate issues and maintain project timelines.
