As Project Manager for our Cabinetry and Finish Carpentry Department I oversaw the restoration and upgraded renovations of our residential clients, specifically Kitchen and Bathrooms following major demolition and mitigation/remediation involving severe flood & fire damage and mold abatement and removal

As crew Foreman, I oversaw day to day operations of our self perform crew, delegating duties in order of priority as specified by the jobsite Superintendent(s) and/or Project Manager. Ensured daily progress was achieved, keeping ahead of project deadlines while securing & providing job materials, equipment/tools and Safety PPE for all crew members on my team for each individual project or job-site in my charge in order to facilitate smooth and efficient operations
