Job Description:- Maintain proactive, positive & responsive communication with the clients representatives.- Produce, monitor & deliver the project programme through design, manufacture and installation plans in order for the team to implement.- Monitor and control all project costs in line with the project budget.- Manage and guide the design process and resources to ensure suitable development and effective performance of the end product.- Maintain multiple live documents to track project progress in design and install.- Manage and arrange suitable site plant and labour resources to ensure programme requirements are met.- Lead the project health and safety, quality and environmental issues.- Ensure method statements, risk assessments and all associated documentation is completed are completed and submitted in a timely manner.- Produce monthly feedback reports to senior management and directors.- Monitor sub contractor performance to ensure they are in accordance with subcontract PO requirements.- Carry out site surveys and employ additional resources where required.- Actively manage and control site snagging and the close out process.
