Served as Board Chairperson, Treasurer, Executive Committee member, and Chair of the CEO Succession/Search Committee for the only two CEO transitions in the corporation’s 45-year history.

Assist in strategically reorganizing priorities, operational procedures, and metrics in IT Department of an 80-bed inpatient forensic psychiatric hospital operated by the State of Indiana. Focus on customer requests response and satisfaction as primary responsibility of the department. Increase and improve communication to customers (hospital employees).

Assumed responsibilities of the hospital’s chief operating officer vacant position to assist the CEO during the pandemic. Assigned pandemic-related tasks primarily related to inventory acquisition, administrative policy changes necessitated by the pandemic, and coordinating with other healthcare providers in the community for mutual support and assistance.
