- Manage the External Professional Services and HR spend categories for Zurich North America- Key subcategories include: Legal, Contingent Workforce, Data & Intelligence, Risk Engineering, Consulting, BPO, Audit, Benefits, External Recruiting, Learning & Development and Relocation- Collaborate with global Category Leads (LATAM, EMEA and APAC) to deliver global category strategies, focusing on driving savings and efficiencies across the regions.- Partner with stakeholders across the globe to negotiate contracts with our key suppliers in the Data & Intelligence space. Drive business unit cost reduction and create alternate methods to ingest and utilize the data sources.- Delivered over $35M of savings across the HR/EPS categories

- First internal hire to partner with business stakeholder relationships and work with the outsourced procurement team to ensure internal customer satisfaction and savings goals are achieved- Played critical role in onboarding in-house procurement team.
