Managed a team of managers and individual contributors supporting third party material planning, sales order execution, inventory management and WW reporting. • Directed a cross functional team to streamline the electronic fulfillment of software. Sub projects included failed delivery reporting and resolution, Internal and external audit controls, process documentation and project implementation.• Championed transformational projects designed to transition multiple quoting/sales orders systems to a set of common seller tools. Impacted areas include manufacturing, order management, software fulfillment, external audit, and tax. • Implemented FIFO process at a third-party that incorporated inventory aging from Dell Technologies to the third-party WMS system.• Initiated a bottom-up approach to inventory analysis and projections. Reduced inventory 30% in first two quarters.• Developed and implemented new software fulfillment & customer returns processing model when supplier changed business practices after an acquisition.• Implemented date management process for third party suppliers based on lead time. Achieved 95% on time/early shipment performance (commit vs actual).
