As a dedicated Physical Therapist with a decade of experience, I have developed a diverse skill set through work with a wide range of patient populations, from the emergency department to critically complex patients in the Intensive Care Unit on mechanical circulatory support. Rotations across multiple ICU settings—including cardiac, neuro, and burn units—have deepened my commitment to a multidisciplinary approach. These experiences have strengthened my ability to optimize rehabilitation outcomes and support comprehensive medical recovery across complex, high-acuity patient populations.In my current role as Interim Clinical Specialist, I have the privilege of overseeing the care of patients in Oncology, Medicine, and Outpatient Cardiopulmonary settings. This role has expanded my scope to include not only patient care but also the onboarding and mentorship of new team members, supporting their development to enhance our patients’ outcomes. It also provides opportunities to work closely with other Clinical Specialists and Clinical Directors on performance improvement initiatives, strategic staffing, and navigating the evolving complexities of today’s healthcare industry. My work is driven by a commitment to patient-centered care, communication, and collaboration as essential tools for delivering quality and compassionate rehabilitation.
