I am the Alternatives Leader (Europe and IMETA) within our Private Markets and Hedge Fund business, responsible for helping institutional investors determine which private market asset class(es) work best for their circumstances. I work with these investors to design and build the most appropriate strategies and select the best in class managers from the more than 6,000 managers raising capital across private markets. It`s a busy time to be working in private markets. Demand from clients to build diversified private markets portfolios just gets greater and greater and I`m fortunate to have such a great team of private markets specialists working with me to help build solutions to our clients specific needs. I really enjoy illustrating to our clients the type of private companies they are investing in, helping them better understand what`s driving the return on their portfolios and talking through the themes and opportunities that different managers are focusing on. When I am not building portfolios, I`m trying to figure out why my kids like Pokemon cards so much or catch up on the family holidays abroad that we`ve all missed out on over the last few years.
