Having forged a career in the construction industry of over 30 years starting out as a bricklayer I quickly progressed into more formal Construction projects and eventually Foreman before becoming Senior Site Manager on large scale Water Industry and Civil contract projects. My experience has been built upon various large scale projects including but not limited to, Rail Station refurbishments, MOD Runways, Housing, Sewerage and Treatment plant often from starting at Greenfield stage offering a full end to end service .At May Gurney (now Kier) I was managing 8 agents and 20+ gangs on reactive sewer repairs in Cambs, Lincs and Norfolk for Anglian Water. Since then I joined Severn Trent and became Operations Manager on the R&M Sewers for all 6 counties, managing the day to day activities with the main focus on delivering a timely contract safely. Recently I have returned to Anglian Water and am managing 2 depots in North Norfolk and Cambs running multiple teams on the IMR reactive contract on Clean Water. A confident and organised manager I take great pride in my ability to understand various aspects of the industry, and am able to manage large teams with logic and a touch of outside thinking. I have an excellent health and safety record as well as a proven track record for assessing costs and often aiding in the completion of projects for less than and quicker than expected.Specialities: CERTIFICATES HELDS.M.S.T.S.
