Michael Böger advises in all areas of real estate law. In particular, he provides comprehensive advice on real estate transactions (due diligence, preparation of due diligence reports, drafting and negotiation of the required purchase or sale agreement documentation), both as individual and portfolio transactions. Michael's advice covers asset and share as well as unit deal transactions and project developments, partly by way of forward deals. His experience covers all major asset classes, with a focus on advising transactions of office properties, logistics and residential portfolios. He also advises companies on drafting and negotiating contracts in the field of commercial rental law.In addition, Michael has extensive experience in advising on real estate law issues in the field of renewable energies (securing land, etc.) and advising companies in the field of private construction law.Michael studied law at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. During his studies and subsequent legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, he worked as an academic research assistant in the real estate department of a renowned German commercial law firm in Munich. Prior to joining us, Michael worked for several years in a leading international law firm in the field of real estate as a lawyer with a focus on real estate transactions. In addition, he is currently completing training for the title of specialist lawyer (Fachanwalt) for construction and architectural law.In addition to his native German, Michael Böger is business fluent in English and fluent in French.
