As Strategic Partnerships Manager my responsibility lie within retention for the top 50 clients in Denmark. This covers client satisfaction, renegotiations and contract improvements. Using DISC and Sales Funnel Retention toolbox, the Operations- and Retention team, work tirelessly to insure contract development and growing partnerships with our clients.
