I currently lead the development of AXA XL's regional distribution strategy, working with our strategic broker partners to develop our Regional P&C book. I’m also responsible for bringing the best of our specialty capability to support our regional broker needs, maximising product reach. Responsible for the development of WTW’s strategic relationships with key trading partners including composite insurers, Lloyd’s syndicates and also Life & Health Carriers. I identify potential areas of value at both strategic and tactical levels. Along with a team of regional stakeholders for global Carriers and data analysts, we work with senior management from the Carrier to understand its business context and strategy, benchmark the Carrier against its peers and the WTW book and identify areas that offer greatest opportunity for the Carrier. I leverage WTW’s proprietary data, analytical capability as well as client statistics to support the effort and provide fact based insight for how a Carrier can achieve its strategic objectives with WTW
