As a Senior Representative within Fidelity Investments’ Transfer of Assets team, I oversee the transition of our clients’ incoming transfers from a diverse range of delivering firms and banks. My role entails direct communication with these financial institutions to ensure the secure transfer of ACAT, Non-ACAT, stocks, bonds, CDs, annuities, HSA, and retirement accounts into internal Fidelity accounts. Responsibilities also include serving as Project Manager for a Process Improvement project related to same-day transfer settlement.My expertise lies in a comprehensive understanding of securities and their transfer processes. I regularly lead meetings to provide transfer updates to management, collaborate with firms and banks to resolve transfer-related issues efficiently, and identify and escalate suspicious and fraudulent transfers. With a background of two years in fraud prevention within business transactions and risk mitigation since my tenure in the insurance industry, I leverage my knowledge and interpersonal skills to ensure customer satisfaction and make a positive impact in the finance industry.
