I'm a Mechanical Engineering student passionate about sustainability, aerospace, transportation innovation, and solving big problems. I'm currently seeking an internship. I have hands-on experience with design, construction, and operation of hobby-scale metal foundries. Through lost-wax/3d-printed plastic molding, I've had increasing success with aluminum castings. Through independent research, I've investigated the feasibility of metallic-hydride fuel storage for aircraft, including looking at a path for closing the loop on Magnesium Borohydride synthesis. I'm also experienced with CAD with programs such as SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor and with programming in MATLAB and python. I'm gaining an increasing knowledge of C++ as well.
