Mr. Pastena is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Empowerment Coach (CEC) with more than thirty years of experience in the financial services industry. Mr. Pastena is the founder of MCP Services (MCP), a corporate training, consulting, coaching , and tutoring organization.  As a corporate trainer, he trains the staff of asset management firms with a focus on functions performed within the infrastructure. All training sessions are conducted on site and are tailored to each firm’s requirements. He also provides private tutoring services for people working in the financial services industry.  As a consultant he works with investment managers, software vendors and international accounting firms on a variety of infrastructure matters (middle office, back office, operations) with a heavy concentration on performance measurement and portfolio analysis issues. He has written a number of articles about performance measurement and has spoken at numerous conferences on the subject.  His coaching practice concentrates on executive and career management issues. His coaching is unique in that he combines his executive, consulting, training and coaching skills together with his extensive experience and background in the financial services industry. His approach to success is holistic.In addition, he is on the Adjunct faculty of Baruch College in NYC and Metropolitan College of New York (MCNY) teaching finance courses in the professional studies, undergraduate and graduate programs. Mr. Pastena also serves as a non-public arbitrator for FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
