- Responsible for design conceptualization, CAD detailing (Solidworks), prototype development, BOM generation, technical documentation of construction equipment parts being fabricated.- Provide technical 2D drawing for fabrication purposes as well as used for requesting quotation on fabricator.- Do actual measurement of parts or equipment for reverse engineering purposes.

• Do design and modification of test equipment machine parts for improvement, cost cutting and to address quality issue related problem induced by machine.• Re-engineering and reverse engineering of handler parts and components for cost cutting purposes.• Perform various scenario simulation on a program to check/validate and/or optimize machine parts being designed (e.g.: finite element analyses)• Create required concept, interface and design layout drawing for the Purchasing Group to be used on their request for quotation activity• Maintaining all design drawings in an organized structure• Sourcing out of standard machine spare parts used on handler machines• Coordinate and interact with supplier and fabricator with regards to ongoing projects• Manage and control blanket P.O for machine repair and modification• Supervisor – Mechanical Internal Quality Assurance for incoming tooling’s and critical handler parts
