Michael Caffey was most recently the President of Advisory Services for CBRE’s North Region. In this role, he was responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the company’s Advisory Services business lines, including leasing, sales, property management and valuations, in Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota and Wisconsin. He also had executive oversight for CBRE’s Advisory Services business in Canada.Previously, he served as President of CBRE’s South-Central Division and Latin America, overseeing the firm’s Advisory Services business throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Mexico.Earlier, Michael was the Senior Managing Director of CBRE’s Dallas office, responsible for setting and deploying the local business strategy for Global Corporate Services, tenant representation and retail services. Before CBRE, Michael served as a Senior Vice President of Corporate Services with Trammell Crow Company. He also served as a Vice President of Tenant Representation at JLL.With more than 25 years of industry experience, Michael’s background includes all facets of corporate services, including the development and implementation of transaction, facilities and project management solutions. Additionally, his experiences include account management, portfolio strategy and market master planning. His transactional experience represents over four million square feet conducted throughout the United States, Canada, Central America and South America.
