My background encompasses 20+ years of experience launching, designing and leading manufacturing throughout the US, China and Mexico. I’ve built top-performing management teams and overseen performance of 700+ employees while managing $70M+ in P&L. In addition, I am an engaging relationship builder and sales driver. I’ve landed key contracts with golf industry leaders; Callaway, Cobra, Ping, Titleist, TaylorMade, Adams, Wilson and Graphite Design. Some of the larger customers, I’ve secured outside of golf include; Cubic Defense, Nothrup Grumman, Boeing, Lockheed, US Navy, BE Aerospace, Reebok hockey, Nike hockey, Easton, and Goldtip.A few highlights of my transformational accomplishments include:► Launched 2 start-up operations in Mexico as well as an Asia factory for the manufacture of high-end stainless and titanium sporting good products. ► Tapped to improve Dynasty Golf’s China manufacturing operations. Reached profitability within 2 years, with current revenues of $20M+.► Launched a new machining business for Dye Precision CNC, that produced high-end 5-axis titanium and composite products for the optics, space and defense industries and grew to $7M in annual revenue within 2 years. What differentiates me is my mechanical engineering and design background. I’ve designed 35 machines for the golf industry. These days, I apply my engineering and mechanical interests to my personal hobby, flying airplanes. I studied flying when I was only 14 years old and received my pilot’s license when I was 17 years old. I have owned 3 airplanes over the years, one of which, I built myself.
