Designed the structure, roles, and recovery protocols. The resulting standard work was utilized successfully during the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, Fukushima nuclear event, Banda Aceh tsunami, and Arab Spring I and II. • Created new Corporate Security leadership structure to drive subject matter excellence and improve partnerships with other internal functions. Effectively shortened time to resolution for sensitive investigations, reduced the risk of workplace violence, and clarified rules around law enforcement engagement.• Absorbed Corporate Air Transport leadership responsibility in 2015; enhanced service and ultimately re-built function from company-owned plane and hangar model to contractor provided fractional/charter service. • In addition to Security role, assumed facility leadership of GE’s 600,000 sq. ft. global headquarters campus, including a 26-room onsite hotel. Led onsite maintenance, food services, building utilities, cleaning services, capital projects, and ground transportation services for 800+ office residents. Managed 8 direct reports, a team of 80+ indirect personnel.• Recruited Marriott to assist/consult with the redesign of onsite hotel rooms. Adopted key insights and practices from the global hotelier, installed a new room standard, and reduced initial estimated contractor costs by >50%.

• Led GE’s in-country installation of $20M in energy, healthcare, and lighting products/services to hospitals and clinics across Ghana, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Uganda. Collaborated with national health officials and onsite contractors to ensure a quality installation and effective use of donation post-installation: developed care-effectiveness measurements in partnership with government leadership.• Planned and executed the company’s first multi-business response to a large natural disaster following Hurricane Katrina.
