With nearly a decade working in the food and beverage industry, many personal and professional skills have been achieved. Being in the hotel food service industry I have learned how to manage large events and teams of employees, working in the kitchen of a country club I have extensive knowledge of the back of house, and working in and around bars, restaurants and clubs for many years have taught me valuable skills. Performing under pressure, maintain the highest level of standards, having the passion for the hospitality industry are some of the many things that I have learned throughout my years experience in the industry.
