As Products and Innovation Interim Finance Business Partner:I supervised optimal implementation of multiple major initiatives and key processes, including improvements roll out. I headed ownership of European Product P&L along with ensuring optimal management of associated processes and procedures during 2020 drive to enhance integrity. I established robust business relationships across powerful Techdata countries and European team in compliance with cross Europe Business Unit requirements. I assured execution of carious functions as European leadership team business partner whilst, leading single direct report. I upheld ownership of USGAAP period financial reporting and overall P&L with inclusion of working capital management across complex technology environment. I managed implementation of complete cyclic forecast and planning processes. I ensured optimal matrix management in accordance with country-level business relationships across both GCC BU and wide-ranged country leaders.Key Contributions: >Oversaw financial and process management measures across multiple levels of integration whilst, developing and initiating ‘sale’ of new forecast process, including concept, mechanics, and communication, further providing strong foundation of financial data and BU decision making. >Recognised for successfully establishing in-country business and finance relationships as well as formulating and delivering Annual Plan process definition and roll out during 2018. >Maximised current reporting procedures efficiency into new environment as ‘fit to purpose’ by improving and ensuring effective communication.

As Benelux Business Controller:I upheld overall P&L responsibility valued at €300M and directed implementation of various key process as key member of Benelux Management Team across financial and operational functions. I supervised major procedures, including closing of financial period, liaising with transactional finance group, and providing robust knowledge of key drivers regarding financial results to country management in accordance with forecast outlook and business direction. I conducted USGAAP period financial reporting with inclusion of P&L ownership and BS stakeholder across complex SAP house. Key Contributions: Appointed as key spokesperson for multiple European businesses and developed service contract processing knowledge within SAP, hosting of workshops, process definitions, and documentation. >Established strengthened business relationships with Benelux country leader and management team, preventing any mistrust and conflict previously caused. >Headed successful business transition from acquired company to new through utilisation of efficient reporting functions and systems. >Successfully integrated and delivered FY2016 Business Plan to aid organisation in evaluating business results and directions.

As an EMEA Reporting Manager:I upheld multiple major cross-business reporting and analytic responsibilities valued at €1.3B and led three professional FTES to improve operational processes, including Business Warehouse and continuous process development. I successfully incorporated GP Europe organisation within SCA financial reporting landscape. I held ownership of EMEA Data Warehouse enhancement specifications and sign-off process regarding roll-out of BI improvements and training. I supported Planning and Analysis processes to further support partnership mission with business as well as appointed as EMEA centre of reporting (USGAAP) excellence. I managed delivery of local EMEA leadership reporting and analysis across business units’ capabilities along with EMA Management Reporting Pack consolidation and interface across US headquarters.
