Assists with functional support of PS 3 Cs- Communications, Checklists, and Comments for Student Success Services.10. Assists in the evaluation and approval of PS SA Role security needs.11. Prepares initial data for reports related to Admissions, Enrollment Services, and Counseling and Advising as assigned.12. Performs other site and position specific duties as required.

1. Provides academic advisement services to students, assisting them in planning their educational goals, reviewing the programs of study and their respective requirements, selecting appropriate course work, and reviewing graduation requirements. This position will require employees to work flexible hours including some nights until 8pm and Saturdays 9am-3:00pm and to travel between campuses.2. Advise students on functions pertaining to the application process, including requirements of transcripts, acceptable documents to verify residency for tuition purposes; the financial aid process and requirements, including FAFSA submittal, verification documents, sources of aid and associated responsibilities, acceptance and deferment of aid, payment of tuition; as well as the enrollment process, including transcript requests, receipt, and evaluation.3. Analyzes and interprets various departmental or functional requirements for students in order to teach them to assume increasing self reliance in re-enrollment processes in subsequent terms.4. Provides constructive feedback to the College on departmental process gaps that impact the student experience from initial contact through re-enrollment and graduation.5. Interacts with students and campus visitors, in person, electronically, and over the phone to provide in-depth knowledge and assistance with college programs and services. Primary mode of contact with students varies by assignment.6. Receives, either in person or electronically, and determines acceptability of, applications and supporting documentation including transcripts, residency information, and other pertinent documents required for non-immigrant student admission.7. Reviews high school transcripts, college transcripts, and standardized test scores (i.e. SAT/ACT) to determine need for and type of assessment testing for various types of courses and programs.
