Michael possesses a Permanent Resident’s permit. •Whilst working for Arcadis, responsible for and controlled the Isle of Capri (an American company) worked in the United Kingdom between 2003 and 2006. The commission covered all aspects of working within the developing, complex resort casino legislation proposed by the British government at that time. . •In America built new resort developments in Waterloo and Pompano and oversaw refurbishment of Biloxi resort for IOC which successfully recovered over $250m in insurance claims following Katrina. •Led team in Pittsburgh to submit licence for $750m resort complex.•Worked on Hotel developments for Marriott International and two European operators. .Specialties: Gleeds USA :-Reacquainted myself with Primavera project management tool ,presently using on two projects Just finished a difficult underground garage refurbishment in an occupied hotel in DC .
