In charge of a dynamic branch within Acousti Engineering that manages all high-profile drywall projects throughout the organization.

As a Project Executive, oversee the Project Management department and assist in operations. Also, in charge of managing large ground-up new construction in the San Francisco area.

Senior Project Manager at Daley’s Drywall, managing multiple drywall and carpentry projects simultaneously throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Also assisting in training of Project Engineers and Assistant PM’s in the company.Presently working on the Apple Wolfe Campus projects (multiple buildings in Santa Clara for Apple), and the SJ Towers Project in Downtown San Jose. These projects have a total contract value of over $57 Million.

Senior Project Manager at California Drywall, managing multiple drywall and carpentry projects simultaneously throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. In charge of a team consisting of a Project Engineer, Cost Engineer and a General Foreman to manage various ground-up and TI projects concurrently. Also working with the Business Development team in helping further our relationships with existing clients and GC's throughout the Bay Area.At present time, working on the Apple AC2 Tantau Office building, Santa Clara SQ Phase 2 office buildings, and beginning the Exchange on 16th Multi-Building Facility for Hathaway in the Mission Bay district of San Francisco. These projects have a total contract value of over $25 Million.

Worked on the Hyatt Fitzsimmons Project with Turner Construction in Aurora, Colorado as a Project Manager handling all aspects of the project, as well as many TI projects throughout the Denver area. Provided estimating assistance on ground-up and TI projects as well.

Responsibilities include managing all aspects of construction activities specializing in drywall/carpentry/ceiling/protection work for projects with mean revenue of up to and including 30 million dollars (Upon Departure, was in charge of $72M Dollars of Work). Simultaneous management of multiple projects in the tri-state area, and D.C., including but not limited to: LATEST: World Trade Center Transportation Hub ($18,000,000 contract), World Trade Center Memorial & Museum ($11,500,000 contract), Public Service Answering Center II in Bronx, NY ($25,000,000 contract), World Trade Center - "Tower 3" ($18,000,000 contract); PAST PROJECTS: The Plaza Hotel Renovations, 15 Williams Street Condominiums, 170 East End Avenue Condominiums, Goldman Sachs New Office Building, Fort Belvoir Community Hospital in Virginia, John Jay College of Criminal Justice Expansion Project, and Trump Parc Condominiums in Stanford, CT.Specific duties entail:Began as an Assistant Project Manager working closely with PM’s to complete all aspects of multi-million dollar projects and currently manage projects as a Project Manager. In Virginia, began work as the Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager for the Fort Belvoir Project running our field operations and managing the quality control of the framing and sheetrock inspections while coordinating with Turner/Gilbane and the U.S Army Corps of Engineers. As a Project Manager, responsibilities include running the project (drywall & carpentry) from beginning to completion, and coordinating all efforts with our field operations and with the various general contractors. Fluent in On-Screen Estimating Software, and exceptionally well at working with computers and generating all necessary documentation to complete projects as fluidly as possible.

Responsibilities include assisting project managers through all components of Concrete / Masonry / Drywall construction activities for projects with mean revenue of up to 100 million dollars. Created and maintained all change orders, RFI’s, purchase orders, and all other necessary paperwork for the proper completion of the projects at hand. Met regularly with the general contractors to discuss cost effectiveness, scheduling, problems, and progress on all projects. Visited job sites daily, and also provided take-offs and cost proposals for any new work requested during the project. Submitted and provided all necessary shop drawings, specifications, and/or submittals for each project as determined in the drawing and bid packages.As a junior estimator, worked closely with the estimating department providing pricing for new patch and match projects as well as drywall & carpentry projects. Generated all necessary proposal documentation to ensure compatibility with prospective customer standards. Ability to read construction drawings, and translate requirements into bids also practiced daily.

Responsibilities include assisting project managers through all phases of construction activities for projects with mean revenue of up to and including 9 million dollars. Simultaneous management of multiple projects at major healthcare facilities including but not limited to: Saint Barnabas Medical Center, University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ, Overlook Hospital, Kimball Medical Center, and St. Francis Hospital. Specific duties entail: Reviewing and revising architectural drawings including AutoCAD files; Soliciting prices from contractors; Contractor selection; Coordinating with internal service departments for applicable project components; Generating work scope costing, scheduling, construction write-ups, and other necessary analyses and documentation; Generating all necessary proposal documentation to ensure compatibility with prospective customer standards; Providing customers with operation manuals (As required) for all jobs; Negotiating with local suppliers to keep development expenses down; Facilitating strategic planning in order to maintain projects below budget and work completion ahead of schedule; Coordinating with site personnel to insure professional installations; Working collaboratively with all major vendors such as Siemens, Phillips, Toshiba, and GE Medical Systems.
