Michael is employed by ANZ Bank as a Consulting Architect, working with the Australian Digital Business. Prior to this role he worked has the Lead Architect on the Commercial and Corporate Release of the Multi-Channel Programme and Transactive Trans-Tasman Programme. During that time, Michael completed a Masters in Business and technology at the Australian School of Business, UNSW.Prior to his roles at ANZ, Michael worked in the United Kingdom, as a Principal Design Authority for the Royal Mail Group, Post Office Divison and held the honorary position of Chairperson for SAP’s Special Interest Group for CRM. Michael has 18 years of local and international experience in the IT Industry specialising in enterprise and solution architecture. Michael has worked for some of Australia’s most well known public companies: National Australia Bank, Australia's largest business bank - Transaction acquiring and payments systems. AAPT, Australia's fourth largest telecommunications company - Internet product development, Billing and CRM systems.David Jones Online (Cortex eBusiness), Australia's premium segment retailer - Online Shopping and J2EE development.Michael's work experience includes IT governance, project, vendor and IT operations management. He has practical experience of managing the implementation of COBIT and SOX ITGC controls into complex telecommunications infrastructure at AAPT.
