Drive continuous process improvements and efficiencies in all areas of the business including key performance indicators: safety, inventory accuracy, inventory turns, shipping accuracy, customer fill rates, productivity and cost control.

Directed the Receiving, Shipping, and Inventory Control departments of a multi shift facility with a chemical inventory valued at $40 million.

Directed a multi shift Receiving operation responsible for all inbound receipts from strategic vendors and Cooper Lighting’s manufacturing facilities using the Viaware 4.2 WMS. Resolved all inbound variances and quality issues with Cooper Lighting’s manufacturing facilities and strategic suppliers.

Managed a 24-hour, seven days a week, Receiving, Shipping and Inventory Control operation for DeSter’s U.S. Division. Maintained a raw material and finished goods inventory valued at $20 million.
