CurrentNEW YORK HEALTH & HOSPITALS, NEW YORK, NY, FEBRUARY 2011 TO PRESENTSENIOR PEOPLESOFT ANALYST, JUNE 2016 TO PRESENT• Demonstrate expertise in performing in-depth review of critical risks through root cause analysis to identify methods for optimizing quality control, existing processes, and new procedures.• Provide required resources and applicable training to internal customers to increase understanding of PeopleSoft software and processes.• Implement measures to streamline operations in the areas of project development, testing, and production support for the implementation of PeopleSoft in New York Health and Hospitals and long-term care facilities.• Provide tactical leadership and diligent technical support to team members by managing incidents, resolutions, and service requests.• Engage with business, technical, and management personnel in order to convey pertinent information and updates.• Configure, deploy, and serve as IT point of contact for the PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 implementation and post go-live for the eProcurement, Purchasing, Inventory, and Supplier Contract modules.• Spearhead design and fit/gap sessions to ascertain and assess requirements and generate business documents for Supplier Contract, eProcurement, Manufacturing, and Purchasing modules.• Integrate configurations, such as requesters, user preferences, approvers, items, and suppliers, in various PeopleSoft environments using Excel-to-CI templates.• Provide EITS support at Command Centers during all go-lives to ensure users are able to access the system as well as address any questions or concerns.
